Education

We believe that raising awareness and educating the public about the environment and wildlife is the key to conservation. We carry out a number of education programs, school competitions, awareness talks, lectures and workshop for a varied group such as students, teachers, the general public and local residents throughout the year on various issues pertaining to wildlife conservation and environment protection.

Along with regular community outreach programs to spread awareness on the ecological significance of king cobras, the team also organizes capacity building workshops for front-line staff of the Forest Department on various aspects of snake identification, safe capture and release, snakebite prevention and first-aid in the event of a snakebite.

We also organize in-city educational sessions for kids and adults on wildlife conservation and urban wildlife.
